TWISTIES & POPPYS RUN
Description: Nancy and I are planning a run to the Lancaster Musical Road http://www.musicalroad.net/ and the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=627. We will meet in La Canada Flintridge and take Angeles Crest and Angeles Forest Hwys to Palmdale. I am planning a stop at Hometown Buffet for a meal before we cruise to the musical road. From the musical road we will visit the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve. From the poppy reserve we will travel San Francisquito Canyon Road back to the 5 Fwy in Valencia. The starting point will be the parking lot directly across the street from the Sports Chalet store located in the La Canada Flintridge Center. Meeting time at 9am and drivers meeting at 9:15am.
